Steve Hargadon: Podcast: “Personal Space Issues”
Personal room is a thing that is unique and one of a kind to all of us. I’ve been contemplating about the idea of personalized room consciousness in the office, particularly in the library–a community room–the place individuals occur all over you, often in shut proximity.
In my teaching plans, I usually speak about your skill to have the assertiveness essential, male or feminine, to say to any individual, “I need to have a small bit more place,” and to essentially place your hand up and again absent, demonstrating that either intentionally or unintenionally, they have violated your space.
