Dr. Leslie T. Fenwick Will Speak at Wellesley College on April 11, 4 p.m.

I am thrilled to announce that Dr. Leslie T. Fenwick will communicate at Wellesley School in the annual lecture series that I endowed. Admission to the lecture is free of charge and open up to the public. If you live inside of driving distance, be there.

Tuesday, April 11, 4 p.m. ET Dr. Fenwick will draw on her sustained contribution to schooling plan study and groundbreaking results from her not too long ago revealed award-winning and bestselling book, Jim Crow’s Pink Slip. Dr. Leslie T. Fenwick, PhD, is a nationally-recognised schooling plan and leadership reports scholar who served as Dean of the Howard University Faculty of Education for just about a decade. A former Going to Scholar and Checking out Fellow at Harvard University, Fenwick holds an invited appointment as a MCLC Senior Fellow at the U.S. Armed forces Academy at West Level wherever she at times lectures about character leadership and ethics. Also, Fenwick served as an appointed member of the Nationwide Academy of Sciences committee that produced the initially review about mayoral handle of Washington DC Community Universities. Fenwick (who is a former city school teacher and adminstrator) is consistently called upon to testify about academic fairness and college accessibility to the U.S. Senate, Nationwide Meeting of Condition Legislatures (NCSL), U.S. Meeting of Mayors, National Urban League, Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), American Federation of Lecturers (AFT), Schooling Writers Affiliation (EWA), Nationwide Education and learning Association (NEA), Nationwide Affiliation for Equal Option in Higher Schooling (NAFEO), Hispanic Association of Faculties and Universities (HACU), and the Nationwide Alliance of Black College Educators (NABSE). Furthermore, she has been an invited speaker at the Countrywide Push Club, the Washington Lawyers’ Committee on Civil Legal rights and City Affairs and the Washington Coverage Seminar.
