Why We Should Talk about Race and Culture in Our Classrooms

Not long ago I was functioning a lesson in my 8th quality math class. I identified as it a “game,” though my students understood what that really meant – not a competition, relatively just a total-class activity with a tv-host voice and loud music for holding time.
